We’ve bumped up both the protein (200g) and carbs (200g) serving sizes here, and topped you up with 150g of veggies. This section’s probably for you if you’re very active, expend tons of calories. Okay, you’re The Rock, these meals are for you.
Protein Upsize! (300-600 calories)
We’ve bumped up the protein (250g) and reduce the carbs (50g) and veggies to (50g) serving sizes here. This section’s probably for you if you’re in need of super high proteins with low carbs.
