Terms & Conditions

This website is owned and operated by Nutrify Meals Pte Ltd. (" we ", " us ", " our " or " the company "), a Singapore registered company. You are the customer. By submitting an order on this website, you agree to the Terms and Conditions stated below.

" Pricing " means the total price of goods.

" Website " means nutrifymeals.com website.

" App " means Nutrify Meals mobile application.

" Application " means Nutrify Meals mobile application.

" Products " are the meals ordered by the customer using our website.

" Nutrify credits " are monetary credits solely applicable to products on our website and it is not refundable. 

We may update these Terms and Conditions regularly and we recommend that you check prior to each order to ensure that you agree with them at the date of your order. If you place an order after we have published the changes on this web site you will be bound by those changes.

Pricing & Payment Policy:                         

Pricing is in Singapore dollars (SGD) and all transactions will be performed in (SGD). Pricing is subjected to changes at the sole discretion of Nutrify Meals Pte Ltd. Payment through credit card via Baintree and Paypal. 

Nutrify Meals Pte Ltd takes credit card data security very seriously. For that reason, we use Braintree to securely handle credit card information. Braintree is a Validated Level 1 PCI DSS Compliant Service Provider. Learn more about Braintree security practices.

Delivery Policy: 

Please be present at the delivery address during the delivery date and time that you have specified in your order. This will allow our delivery partners to deliver in a timely and efficient manner and we can avoid delaying our other customer’s deliveries. If you can’t be present during the delivery date and time that you have specified, please ensure that someone is there to receive your products on your behalf.

If nobody is present at the specified delivery address: Our delivery partners will attempt to contact you (with the contact details specified in your order) and wait for a maximum of 6 minutes. If there is still nobody to receive your order, your package will be placed at your doorstep so that our delivery partners can proceed with the rest of the deliveries. As such, we will not be liable for any spoilage of our products.

If you live in a private estate, such as a condominium, with manned security points

Please ensure that you have given the security personnel of your private estate notice that you are expecting a delivery from Nutrify Meals. By placing an order and in the case where you are not present at the specified private estate or are uncontactable, you agree to authorise our delivery partners to place your order by your doorstep with the assistance of your private estate’s security personnel.

If our delivery partners are unable to deliver due to (i) your absence and are unable to reach your doorstep due to the refusal or absence of your estate’s security personnel, or (ii) the wrong address provided. 

Depending on our delivery partner’s route and logistical capabilities, we might contact you and arrange for a redelivery of your order at a fee of $10. In the case where redelivery arrangements are impossible, you will have to forfeit your order.

All the above can be prevented if you or someone on your behalf is present at the specified delivery address and is contactable during the delivery timeframe.

Delays due to unforeseen circumstances:

Due to varying traffic and weather conditions, our delivery partners might arrive at your address 30-60mins earlier/ later than the specified time frame. In such cases, our delivery partners will keep you notified via SMS/ Whatsapp of their location so as to minimize the inconvenience caused.

Nutrify Meals Pte Ltd will not be liable or responsible for late delivery or failure to deliver the products ordered due to bad weather, traffic conditions and/ or unforeseen circumstances.

Nutritional information and Food substitution:

Due to evolving recipes and ingredients supply, nutritional information presented are indicative and Nutrify Meals does not guarantee the accuracy of any nutritional information provided.

Nutrify Meals Pte Ltd will not be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your reliance on nutritional information, nor for ensuring that whatever foods you purchase or consume are in accordance with your respective dietary needs, restrictions or preferences.

We take pride in making sure there's inventory and supplies to fulfil your orders. However due to possible uncontrollable supply circumstances, Nutrify Meals reserves the right to substitute a similar product. Substituted food items may contain different ingredients and allergens than those in items originally ordered

Please Note: Nutrify Meals Pte Ltd food items may contain or may have been manufactured in a facility that also processes: dairy, eggs, fish, shellfish, soy, and nuts

Cancellation & Refund Policies:

Cancellation and full refund can only be made if requested 12 hours before delivery time.  Upon receiving meals: Refunds is solely at the discretion of Nutrify Meals Pte Ltd. Please contact hello@nutrifymeals.com. Refunds will be done in Nutrify Meals credits. 

Privacy Policies:

Protecting your privacy and your information is our top priority. 

When ordering or registering on our site, your name, email address, phone number, credit card information or other details may be requested to help us deliver a better service to you.

By providing the above personal information, you grant let us permission to use the provided personal information to personalise your user experience, administer marketing campaigns like promotions, provide convenience in transaction processing, to send periodic emails or text messages on your placed order or our other proposition.

At any point of time, you may choose to stop receiving our marketing content by following the unsubscribe instructions included in each email or by contacting us directly at hello@nutrifymeals.com.

Business transfer and related:

In an event of Nutrify Meals Pte Ltd having to undergo any business transfer, user information and Nutrify Meals credits will be recognised as an asset or liability respectively.

You acknowledge this transfer may occur and transfer related parties may continue to use user information appropriately and also service meal Nutrify Meals credits on behalf of Nutrify Meals.

Notification of policy changes:

Nutrify Meals Pte Ltd website terms of use is updated regularly at our discretion when needed and we encourage users to frequent this page. Your usage constitute your acceptance and agreement of our policies and any change in policies.
