Meals

Is Nutrify Meals halal-certified?


Nutrify Meals is not officially halal-certified but we do not use pork, lard or alcohol in our meal preparation. Our meats and produce are sourced from halal-certified suppliers.

Are Nutrify Meals frozen?


Our meals are chilled, not frozen. We pride ourselves in using the freshest ingredients possible in our meals for our customers.

How do I store my meals?


We recommend our meals to be refrigerated and consumed within 2 to 4 days. To keep our meals for more than 5 days, please freeze the meals upon delivery and consume them within 1 month.

Do you change your menu?


Yes, we change our menus on a weekly basis. Say NO to boring meals! At Nutrify we like to spice things up regularly.

Do you offer any vegetarian / ketogenic meals?


We do not offer any vegetarian or ketogenic meals at the moment but we are working on it. Stay tuned!

Do your meals contain any dairy or gluten?


Yes, some of our meals do contain dairy & gluten in our meals. Please see the ingredients list on the menu.

Does Nutrify cater to any events?


Yes, we are happy to arrange something just for you. Please contact our friendly support team.

Are our meals served cold or hot?


Our meals are delivered chilled to maintain the freshness of our food. We recommend popping it into the microwave for 2 to 3 minutes before consumption.


Orders

When is the last order cut off online?


Our order system resets every Saturday at 9am (for Sunday and Monday delivery) and every Monday at 9pm (for Wednesday and Thursday delivery).

Any referral scheme?


We are working on it. Stay tuned!

I'm paying for my wife and myself for multiple orders going to the same address at the same time - is there a discount for that?


Yes, we will be able to provide a free delivery code to you if there is more than a few orders going to the same location. Please contact our friendly support team. We will help you out.


Deliveries

Is there a delivery charge?


Yes, there is a delivery fee of $4 per dropoff with more than $100 spent or $7 per dropoff with less than $100 spent.

Do you deliver islandwide?


Yes, we do delivery islandwide. Anywhere with a valid Singapore postcode.

Which days do you deliver the meals?


We deliver every Sunday, Wednesday night (7pm - 11pm) and Monday, Thursday morning (8am - 12pm) only.

How long is your delivery window?


Our delivery window is within 3 hours.

Can I make a special request for a specific date/ time for my meals to be delivered?


Yes, you can. There will be an additional cost between $10 to $25, depending on your delivery address for special requests. Please contact our friendly support team. We will help you out.

What if I’m not home during deliveries?


Our delivery person will give you a call to request meals to be placed outside your front door. Or in the notes at your online checkout, you can let us know to leave your meals outside your front door.
